Developing a love for God’s word is the most important thing we can teach a child. Students attend chapel service each week on Wednesday morning and Bible class, daily on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Our Abeka and Bob Jones Bible program has three parts: a survey course of the Old & New Testaments; a foundation curriculum that develops the tenets of Christianity; and a worldview program that teaches students the Biblical views of family and society and contrasts them with other popular worldviews.
Chapel and daily Bible class alone would be helpful, but it doesn’t stop there. We believe that God’s Word speaks throughout every area of our lives. Our curriculum has an underlying Christian worldview because there is more to life than facts and figures. Students must know how to respond with godly thinking to what is presented, in whatever form.
As a Christian school, we are teaching students to think and act in accordance with Scripture, whether they are studying math, science, literature, or history. Our staff does their best to model a Christ-like attitude and love for all students.
